You will not find more honest mechanics or nicer workers anywhere. They do great work, reasonably priced and HONEST!!! The owner John is just so nice and personable. Really I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been going to USA Tire since I started driving, got towed here last night and by end of day today had two new brake hoses put on and AC fixed. Highly recommend, John and Marvin are great

Never been treated so crappy before. Called asking if I could bring my government vehicle to have the tires checked out… this was on Wednesday, they said yep, bring it in as early as possible on Friday morning. I got there around 0740, they informed me we can’t work on a government vehicle. I said I just called a couple days ago and was told it was good to bring in. I was then told they would never have said that, and that I must have called someone else. Definitely called USA tires. Lol then they continued to look at eachother and ask eachother “would you ever tell someone that they can bring in a government vehicle?” “no I sure didn’t”. They also asked “are you sure you mentioned that it’s a government vehicle”. Yes, I did. Instead of just saying “man idk why someone would say that. I’m truly sorry. We would help you if we could.” after I spent two days thinking I would get this taken care of on Friday. Unfortunately, they argued and got defensive and weird and basically called me a liar. Then weirdly ended the conversation with prayer hands telling me “god bless” to get me to shut up and leave. So that’s why this bad review is happening. Really not cool guys. Mistakes happen. If

Customer service oriented!! Quick turn around time from drop off, to repair completion. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. And, John took his time to make sure that both my husband and myself understood exactly what was wrong with my car. Can't recommend highly enough!

I visited USA Tire this morning needing two brand new tires mounted and balanced. The vehicle was currently on a spare tire, so it was a time-sensitive situation. I was informed that they do not install customer-supplied tires. While I understand businesses have policies, this was not mentioned anywhere clearly, and it was disappointing given the urgency. I would recommend calling ahead if you are bringing your own tires, as they may not accept outside purchases.
